Hala Sabet
Influenced by her Egyptian roots and cultural background, Hala Sabet has always been fascinated by Geo-metry (measurement of earth), its origins and how it develops an infinite array of possibilities and structures.
Her work explores the simplicity of geometry and complexity of organic nature to make sculptural structures and paintings that abstract representational reference.
Latest work focuses on the integration of the opposites such as chance/order, stability/precariousness, geometric/organic in an attempt to bring this clash of antonyms into harmony.
She has a BA (First Class Honours) in Fine Art and Masters in Fine Art (with Distinction).

Alison McGechie
I am drawn to organic materials and currently work in ceramic, wood and stone. I’ve always found the variety and beauty of the human form endlessly fascinating and life drawing is my inspiration.
My sculptures are developed from these through a combination of close observation and abstraction, the ideas informing the work through a dialogue with the materials I use.
I hope the finished pieces have an integrity about them; pay tribute to the complexity of the human form, pared down to represent the essence of a posture, relationship or emotion.

Jane Pinder
Silver & mixed media jewellery, inspired by the organic texture & natural landscape of the Sussex Coast.
Valerie Shepherd
I sculpt in clay and stone, paint in mixed media and collage and I also print in etching and lino-cut.
I have completed foundation courses in Art and Design at Brighton Polytechnic and West Dean College.
I have exhibited my works in numerous exhibitions, including Brighton and London Galleries.
